In order for any development of housing over 50 homes to go ahead within a 5 km radius, the developer is required to buy an allocation of Engen Group’s SANG site. Engen Group’s SANG solution is much more cost effective than alternative on-site solutions and so 75% of the site is already allocated to housebuilders.
